With guidance you will:

  • Learn how to hone your interview skills as a doula

  • Get your questions answered

  • Select software to help organize and set up your business

  • Transition from full time work to full time doula/lactation work. 

  • How to get in network for lactation visits
     

Virtual meetings to "pick my brain" are

$55 for 30 minute

or 

$115 for 60 minutes

Pathway 3- IBCLC MENTORSHIP

Being an IBCLC and helping new families is a wonderful, giving, rewarding, and a very hard job. We will be to offer mentorship program starting October 2026 for those who are interested in becoming an IBCLC, abd looking to gain extra experience before starting up their own practice or working in a clinic setting. This is a small practice, students will only be able to accumulate about 6-15 hours a month.

 Here are Requirements/expectations to start mentoring:

  • 45 hours of Lactation specific education

  • Completed Medical Terminology course

  • Availability to see clients 1 day a week 

  • Transportation to get to home visits

  • Approved pathway 3 plan with IBCLE

  • 2 interviews
