Postpartum Services

What is a Postpartum Doula?

A postpartum doula provides evidenced based information on the fourth trimester, the first 3 months after birth. A postpartum doula is there to help a new family in those first days and weeks after bringing home a new baby.

A postpartum doula takes great care to support the needs of your family with tips and tricks to help you learn your new baby. Postpartum shifts can be booked prior to your baby/babies arrival or last minute depending on the needs that arise.
